Becoming part ofthe SOO family
- Application and parent meetingThe process begins by filling in the enquiry form or contacting the school directly. In the meeting with the school management and the guidance unit, the family's expectations, the student's developmental background and the fit between school and family are discussed.
- Getting to know the student and observationOur guidance unit observes students through play and activities appropriate to their age group. These activities are not exams; they aim to get to know the student in many dimensions.
- Evaluation and feedbackThe information gathered is evaluated by the guidance unit and the relevant academic board. At the end of the process, parents receive transparent written or verbal feedback.
- Admission and settling-inAdmission procedures begin for students whose application has a positive outcome. To help the student settle into school well, teachers and the guidance unit plan and follow a settling-in process.

Enrolmentperiods
Early period
February – May
Covers priority applications for the next academic year. It allows capacity to be planned properly and gives families the chance to be informed early.
Late period
June onwards
Carried out according to the places available. Applications are finalised once the evaluations in the admission process have been completed.
